Mental health awareness .org is running various campaigns and activities to help raise awareness this week. Just some of theses are
- Join in the movement challenge, to encourage 30min or more exercise per day join in by downloading their free pack here.

- Hold a fundraiser through Facebook, Its easy to raise money with Facebook, for more information click here.
- During this week the chosen theme is kindness, Mental health awareness would like you to carry out or reflect on an act of kindness. Take a photo or video (with permission!) and use the hashtags #KindnessMatters and #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek.
Well for all the people who have or due a birthday during lockdown haven’t had much choice but to stay in. Why not surprise them with a fun day out! Chester zoo maybe, into Space or what about Flamingo land! Virtual reality is a way to do all this from home! Anybody stuck for a cake/present idea for there boyfriend/husband, dad or brother? well this is super easy to do, just find a tub same height as a can ( helps if its round) place a circle of cans around it, then place 4 on top of tub then two on top of four.
secure with ribbon and add a few curly pieces for impact, its a real hit, here’s one i made last week as a last min thing. really looks the part, would be great at a party.
